Live Demonstrations are the core of Ballymaloe Cookery School online.
For 30 years we have been delivering accessible, exceptional culinary demonstrations at the school. These exceptional learning sessions are now available to you in your own home.
We will be scheduling 2 live demonstrations each month. We will also be inviting guest chefs to to give live stream cookery demonstrations.
Subscribers will receive a copy of all recipes presented during the class. These can be used to follow along during the demonstration and also to recreate the delicious dishes yourself at a later date.
You will be virtually joining our on-site student body for these demonstrations but we encourage you to ask questions through the live chat.
If you are unable to participate in any of our live stream demonstrations, a recording will be accessible for you to view with our 'On Demand' service.
We have many other happenings, workshops, and events taking place on the farm all the time. With our new online subscription service we will be able to capture these interesting and informative workshops to share them with you as well as some of the wonderful moments that just happen.
Enjoy a morning out on the Organic Farm and Gardens chatting to our gardeners, a forage along the seashore, pop into the fermentation shed to see what's bubbling away, join us in the Micro Dairy to learn how to make farm butter or come and bake a loaf with us in the Ballymaloe Bread Shed.
Throughout the year we will be inviting friends to join Darina Allen, Rory O'Connell or Rachel Allen for a 'Fireside Chat' to discuss cooking, cultures, political food issues, sustainable farming, food security and other current hot topics with a Q & A session at the end of each chat.
We have welcomed and worked with many great chefs and experts from around the world and we look forward to bringing their skills, knowledge and insight to you.
We are delighted to confirm Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich form Honey and Co as our first guests on 10th November at 7pm.
