Each year at Ballymaloe Cookery School, designing our new
Course Schedule is the focal point of our year! It's something of a balancing act, as we are always excited to add brand new courses based on the
latest global food trends while remaining true to what we do, ensuring we keep those
classic and much loved favourites on the calendar. Many of our short courses are inspired by Darina, Rory and Rachel's travels, as well as their many interactions with food producers and business owners here in Ireland.
Our short courses range from 1/2 day to 2.5 day or week long courses, and cover a wide range of
culinary, horticultural and
business topics. Every afternoon it is possible to join our main student body and join in for the
afternoon demonstrationWe regularly invite a number of well-known
Guest Chefs to demonstrate to our students.
