Georgia completed the autumn 12 week course at Ballymaloe in 2004 and says she had the most enjoyable and inspiring 12 weeks.
Our goal is to deliver fresh, seasonal meals in a sustainable way. Everything is handmade by our cooks in small batches, just as you would at home. We work closely with local suppliers to make sure we're always using the best ingredients and over 95% of our packaging is 100% compostable or recyclable.
I started potage with £1,000 savings in October 2012 and for the first year worked 7 days a week, doing everything myself. I cooked from my mum’s kitchen, delivered locally on a bicycle and had a Saturday stall outside Books for Cooks in Notting Hill. To launch potage, I sent out an email with a weekly menu to 15 local friends and family. In the first week I did 7 deliveries and £101 total sales.
Today we deliver breakfast, lunch and dinner to hundreds of offices and homes across central London. We’ve also been listed as "7 Best Healthy Food Delivery Services" - Women's Health, "Top 8 food delivery services in the UK" - GQ and "13 Best lunch delivery services in London" - Evening Standard
