Niamh Hegarty completed the 5-week cookery course in August 2020.
Niamh started making picnic boxes for customers and then opened a food truck Niam's Larder at the end of Ballybranagan Beach, selling coffee, sandwiches, soups, sweet things, kefir and lots more.
After making kefir for a while Niamh started BKultured bottles of kefir.
